Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at bridging business needs with Salesforce capabilities, collaborating across departments, and driving successful project outcomes. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, gathering and refining requirements, and ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in solution design discussions, offering input on feasibility, scalability, and user experience.
  • Support testing cycles including UAT, defect tracking, and validation of delivered functionality.
  • Assist in training and onboarding users to new Salesforce features or enhancements.
  • Maintain backlog grooming and ensure stories are ready for development.
  • Monitor system usage and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, recommending enhancements where applicable.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
  • Proven ability to elicit and refine requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of data modeling, process mapping, and reporting requirements within Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce environments and large transformation programs.
  • Understanding of governance, data quality, and security best practices in Salesforce.
  • Experience in stakeholder change management and adoption strategies.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Business Analyst, or Consultant are highly valued.
