Job Title: Data Analytics

Location: Irving,TX

Employment Types: Only Fulltime

Responsibilities:

Acts as an SME to senior stakeholders and other team members

Provides ownership of the entire SDLC lifecycle (plan, design, implement, test, deploy,

maintain)

Review and improve existing systems and collaborate with teams to integrate new systems

or data sources

Ensures that all integration of functions meet business goals

Creates data feeds and manage databases using SQL and various data sources

Documents code and process designs

Implements reporting dashboards using Tableau

Partners with product owners to understand automation and product enhancement

opportunities

Contribute to frameworks that improve the efficacy of logging data

Will be gathering information from Windows, O365 (Exchange, SharePoint, AD, RestAPIs,

and flat files)

Qualifications:

Seven (7)+ years of experience in the Information Technology field with a focus on BI / data visualization

Strong desire to learn and improve/automate processes

Able to gather user and system information from Windows, AD, servers and applications

Microsoft SQL Server - In-depth knowledge of SQL, database management, and best practices

Strong skills in C#, Python

Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 experience is a plus

Experience with JIRA and other CI/CD pipeline tools (BitBucket, GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins, uDeploy)

Extensive visual analytics experience with Tableau, structuring data and creating workbooks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills

Strong background in working with robust data sets

Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or

initiative

Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in

expectations or requirements

Proven track record of operational process change and improvement

Familiarity with ServiceNow

Education:

Bachelors (BS) degree in Computer Science, BBA in Information Systems or requisite

experience

Master s degree preferred
