Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and polished C-Suite IT Support Technician to provide direct, white-glove technical support to senior executives in a fast-paced, mission-critical Global Corporate environment .
  • This individual must be a technical expert with exceptional soft skills, capable of resolving issues efficiently, communicating clearly with time-sensitive stakeholders, and maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to C-level executives and VIPs with urgency, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Mac iOS and Windows environments .
  • Proactively maintain, configure, and update devices to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Liaise between executive users and internal IT teams or vendors for escalations and follow-through.
  • Set up and support secure videoconferencing, presentation systems, and mobile device configurations.
  • Maintain clear, respectful, and jargon-free communication with stakeholders under high- pressure scenarios.
  • Track and log incidents, resolutions, and device history to support continuous improvement and audit readiness.
  • Be adaptable, resourceful, and ready to "jump in" at a moment's notice with solutions- first thinking.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in senior-level IT support, ideally supporting executive or VIP users.
  • Proficiency with both Mac iOS and Windows operating systems, including system recovery, troubleshooting, and advanced configuration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, VPNs, and mobile device management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf).
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must have experience setting up a conference room meeting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Professional presence and presentation must adhere to a dress-to-impress standard appropriate for C-suite environments.

Education:

  • High School diploma is a requirement, but AA or higher is highly preferred.
  • Technical certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-tech industry a strong plus.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
  • Experience with VIP-level support in a global or multinational organization.
