Our client is looking for a highly motivated CRM Data Coordinator to join their Healthcare Practice. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean, organize, and enhance data in our CRM to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Track and manage healthcare project leads from third-party platforms.
  • Conduct research on clients, markets, and project opportunities.
  • Support the marketing and business development teams with reports, presentations, and list-building.
  • Conduct data imports and exports as needed, ensuring a smooth transfer of information.
  • Identify opportunities for improving data management and CRM processes.
  • Participate in a range of marketing support tasks based on team needs.
  • Implementing best practices to enhance efficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, analytics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a data management or CRM-related role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems (Unant/ Cosential is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Independent, confident, and proactive with a self-motivated attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of your work, bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving skills to the table.
