Job Details
DTS is looking for experienced QA Analyst for a Direct Client position based in Charlotte, NC or Remote
Top 3 Skills:
- Experience with Genesys IVR
- Experience with Cyara test tool
- Experience with using APIs
Responsibilities
- Performs and leads processes related to quality assurance for new software development systems and applications
- Responsible for identifying and reviewing activities and deliverables critical to project quality
- Develop and execute Quality Management Plan, Review and Audit Plan
- Responsible for informing, enabling, reviewing, and reporting on project process performance
- Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s).
- May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development.
- Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities
- Ability to mentor and act as first line supervisor to lower level staff
- Ability to develop and execute effective plans for quality management, review, and audit
- Ability to track and develop metrics for quality assurance
- To the extent that it is reasonable, goes the extra mile to make sure that each individuals needs are met.
- Tailors the information to appeal to the level and interest of others Outlines potential cost/savings outcomes of technology use
- Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value
