Position:        ERP Performance & Automation Testing Expert (SAP / Oracle)

Experience:   10–12 Years
Location:       Onsite / Remote / Hybrid

 

Role Summary

Seeking a senior ERP Performance & Automation Testing expert with strong hands-on experience in automation tools, performance testing, and ERP integrations across SAP and Oracle systems. The role involves script development, multi-protocol testing, performance analysis, and end-to-end test strategy ownership.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute automation and performance tests using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Katalon, Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
  • Perform performance testing for SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, PI/PO, BTP) and Oracle ERP applications.
  • Develop and execute tests across RFC, Java, HTTPS/REST/SOAP, Web, TCP/UDP protocols.
  • Define end-to-end performance testing strategy, workload models, SLAs, and NFRs.
  • Analyze system and application metrics, identify bottlenecks, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
  • Integrate automation and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and provide clear performance reports.

 

Required Skills

  • 10–12 years of experience in ERP automation and performance testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tosca/Katalon and performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6).
  • Solid understanding of SAP and/or Oracle ERP architectures and integrations.
  • Experience with multi-protocol testing (RFC, Java, HTTPS, Web, TCP/UDP).
  • Proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript and performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, AppDynamics).
