Job Description:
This role will help manage the end-to-end experiences for global websites via maintenance, optimization,
and documentation of best practices + quality assurance. Key focus areas include the development and
execution of the product in the site in addition to the overall web experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with Stakeholders on Digital Growth, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Motorcycle
Management, and Motorcycle Engineering to deliver product launches. Curate from stakeholders
by country or geography, motorcycle pricing, model availability, paint color and product options
availability and own the population of this product data in the json file or other systems as the
Tech stack evolves. Be the subject matter expert and participate in projects/initiatives aimed at
developing a PIM as the single source of truth for product data.
Manage CGI Motorcycle asset development with internal stakeholders (i.e. Motorcycle Product
Engineering) and external CGI agency partner.
Execute on sales promotion offers in AEM or Contentful, including working with internal
stakeholders in Commercial and Marketing to gather offer details and coordinate go to market
timing. This includes updating the Offers page, the json file for Finance Rate changes related to
offer, and promo banner updates with offers messaging as needed.
Support maintenance and sustain requests from stakeholders for key sections of the site as
needed.
Page creation/production in Contentful per Figma page designs (leverage user stories if no Figma).
Add SEO meta data, create translation jobs by language, roll-out translations when received back
from translation houses via translation connector, QA, UAT defect remediation.
Localization of content beyond translation via a spreadsheet matrix (e.g. variablizing content
blocks shown) or work with stakeholders to determine necessary localizations.
Follow Agile Scrum and Ceremonies.
Writes up JIRA tickets for own work and help remainder of team write up tickets for their work as
needed.
Support the analysis and interpretation of digital experience data to assist in planning and
prioritization
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in launching digital initiatives, projects and/or campaigns.
CMS experience (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, etc.)
Experience with website product data management.
Experience with Jira and user story creation.
Experience with website QA and UAT.
Preferred
Web Analytics tool experience (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Content square) or aptitude to learn tools.
Agile development experience.
