ServiceNow GRC - IRM
ServiceNow GRC - VRM

  • Design and configure the GRC module in ServiceNow according to best practices.

  • Configure the Policy and Compliance Module in ServiceNow.

  • Manage configurations for the Risk Management module.

  • Oversee configurations for the Audit Management module.

  • Handle Vendor Risk Management module configurations.

  • Configure reports and KPIs in the GRC PA module.

  • Integrate GRC with other third-party applications.

  • Standardize and mature the GRC program across global operations.

  • Maintain a list of laws, standards, and regulations governing ServiceNow.

  • Operationalize updates to laws, standards, and regulations into GRC operations.

  • Develop and maintain GRC metric reports using ServiceNow GRC product.

  • Create GRC training collateral for onboarding new systems and processes.

  • Develop communication collateral for internal and external GRC request

  • Evaluate enhancement requests and identify appropriate solutions

  • Providing leadership when implementing new requirements on the Now Platform

  • Contributing to the governance processes

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree, ServiceNow GRC, experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas and data modeling, requirements gathering, integration, middleware, and discovery technologies, and leads the development of architectural and technical standards and best practices. The architect will ensure best practices are followed in GRC processes, manage various compliance modules, and drive the standardization and maturity of the GRC program across global operatio
