Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a PACS Analyst & Imaging Analyst to support our medical imaging systems and ensure seamless functionality across multiple hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience working with servers and virtual machines (VMs), and a proactive approach to troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. This role requires on-site presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot PACS systems and imaging equipment. Support and manage servers and VMs related to imaging and healthcare applications. Provide hardware and software support, including building and troubleshooting devices. Assist with lifting and installation of equipment (monitors, PCs, UPS battery backups, etc.). Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, ensuring smooth operation of imaging systems. Maintain organization amidst multiple projects and track Intelerad issues efficiently. Manage and prioritize tickets, ensuring timely resolutions. Travel between main hospitals and clinics as needed. Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely technical support.

Qualifications & Skills: IT background with hands-on experience in hardware/software troubleshooting. Familiarity with PACS systems, imaging workflows, and Intelerad (preferred but not required). Knowledge of servers and virtualization (VMs). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and ability to work one-on-one with physicians. A positive attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Some clinical knowledge is a plus, aiding in effective communication with the PACS team. Ability to lift equipment and support hardware installations. Willingness to travel and provide on-call support when needed.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.
