  • Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure a cohesive and unified end-to-end experience across the entire SOM ecosystem.

  • Deliver a wide range of design artifacts: user flows, process flows, sketches, wireframes, journey maps, service blueprints, and detailed documentation.

  • Think beyond individual screens and features designing for complete user journeys and operational realities within complex systems.

Required:

  • 10+ years of UX design experience, with a strong track record of designing end-to-end product experiences.

  • A goal-centered mindset with expertise in design-thinking methodologies, empathy-driven research, and problem framing.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, research, and solutions to diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Strong skills in collaboration and negotiation, balancing user impact with development effort.

  • Ability to zoom in on details while keeping the big picture in mind.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Proven ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level.

  • Solid knowledge of UX best practices, including responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.

  • Expertise with Figma and design systems, including working with out-of-the-box solutions.

  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, service design, and end-to-end UX work.

  • Deep understanding of sales processes and seller workflows.

  • Experience designing tools for sales reps, managers, or revenue operations teams.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar enterprise sales platforms.
