Compensation : $60-65/hr.
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Irvine, CA

Description: Main responsibilities
- Uses the ticket system to manage, track, and resolve assigned incidents and requests.
- Takes responsibility for quality and consistency of video conferencing service.
- Interface with and support C-level executives with any and all issues around call quality and any real time communication tool.
- Ensure AV/VC hardware environment in Irvine is prepared to meet end user and business needs.
- Troubleshoot any and all AV/VC systems as needed to satisfy the end user s needs, and escalate if necessary.
- Ability to manage Audio Visual projects of varying size and complexity, ability to understand project construction documents and keys.
- Perform AV break-fix repairs, upgrades, or new build installations.
- Maintains proficiency in Videoconferencing and collaboration technology as well as professional office skills both of a technical and non-technical nature.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving of AV related hardware and software.
- Responsible for AV equipment inventory, stock, commission and decommission.
- Responsible for the creation of AV environment documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 + years experience supporting Video Conferencing equipement
- 2+ years experience with Web-Cast and Collaborative tools such as MS Teams
- 2+ years experience troubleshooting for Mac and Windows in a Video Conferencing environment.
- 2+ years experience with executive support.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco VC equipment, Logitech VC equipment
- Deep knowledge on AV technologies and IT systems
- Experience working with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- AV integration and deployment experience
