Job Details

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing efforts for our SAP S/4HANA program. The Test Manager will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, managing test execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality S/4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience managing testing for SAP S/4HANA projects.
Solid understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM).
Experience with Fiori apps testing and custom code remediation validation.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and test tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Test Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the SAP S/4HANA project (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
Define test phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing.
Identify required tools and resources for testing.

Test Management & Execution

Create detailed test plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with the project timeline.
Oversee creation and execution of test cases for standard and custom S/4HANA processes.
Ensure testing of Fiori applications, new data models (CDS Views, Universal Journal), and interfaces.

Defect & Risk Management

Establish and manage a defect lifecycle process using tools like Jira, HP ALM, or SAP Solution Manager.
Lead triage calls, prioritize defect fixes, and coordinate with development and functional teams.
Identify testing risks and define mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with business users, SAP functional and technical teams, and external vendors.
Lead UAT planning and execution with key business stakeholders.
Provide regular test status updates to project leadership.

Tools & Automation

Leverage SAP testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager (Test Suite, CBTA) and Tricentis Tosca.
Drive automation strategy and optimize regression testing.

Cutover & Post-Go-Live Testing

Manage cutover validation and post-go-live testing during hypercare.
Ensure all test-related deliverables are completed and signed off.
