Liquidity Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current LCR reporting processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design report mock-ups, define data sources, transformations, and calculations.
• Collaborate with IT to implement and deliver accurate reporting solutions.
• Develop test plans, validate data accuracy, and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Engage with Finance, Risk, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct workshops, provide training, and support end-users.
• Deliver regular progress updates and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills:

Technical:

• Proficiency in VBA, SQL, Excel; knowledge of Cloud platforms and Dremio is a plus.
• Experience working with capital & investment market data; familiarity with Murex preferred.
• Ability to document report specifications and financial requirements.

Analytical:

• Strong data analysis and transformation capabilities.
• Experience building and validating complex financial reports.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data for business users and lead stakeholder sessions.

Project Management:

• Experience in Agile project delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Skilled in task prioritization and deadline management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of LCR reporting and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed, and actionable specifications.
