Location: NY/NJ- Onsite

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned CX Pre-Sales Lead experience in Insurance or Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. You will drive strategic client conversations, lead CX discovery workshops, and design innovative solutions leveraging Conversational AI, CCaaS, CRM, omnichannel engagement, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CX assessments, analyze customer journeys, and identify transformation opportunities.
  • Lead presales efforts including proposals, demos, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions.
  • Engage with CXOs and stakeholders, articulating business value and ROI.

Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in CX platforms, Conversational AI (e.g., Dialogflow, Azure Bot), CCaaS (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect), CRM, and automation tools.
  • Strong presales, solutioning, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking to influence C-level executives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in CX transformation and pre-sales within technology domains.
