Position Summary:
Our partner, a rapidly scaling SaaS company where Salesforce sits at the center of sales, marketing, and finance operations, is adding a Salesforce Administrator to their team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will help scale the company s revenue systems. With thousands of users relying on Salesforce daily, the role focuses on building and troubleshooting Flows, ensuring data integrity, and supporting key integrations across sales, marketing, and finance. Our partner has expanded quickly, adding hundreds of sales reps in a single quarter, and this role strengthens a lean admin team to keep pace. You ll manage both urgent user requests and longer-term projects, working directly with stakeholders to design solutions that drive automation, improve efficiency, and support continued growth.
Experience and Education:
  • 4+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Background supporting large orgs with 500 1000+ users
  • Experience in high-growth or SaaS environments
  • Exposure to sales or revenue operations functions
  • Direct work with AppExchange integrations and third-party tools
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (a plus)
  • Prior collaboration with cross-functional business teams

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user tickets from 1000+ stakeholders
  • Implement and manage AppExchange applications, including integrations such as Salesloft, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Workato, Pardot, and CPQ
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality through rules, controls, and deduplication
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requests into scalable Salesforce solutions and communicate capabilities clearly
  • Deliver projects end to end, from requirements gathering through sandbox testing, deployment, and adoption
  • Collaborate with development team for escalations beyond Flow capabilities
  • Manage profiles, roles, and permission sets for a large user base
  • Monitor and improve system governance, security, and compliance
  • Create dashboards and reporting to support revenue operations
  • Prioritize competing requests across tickets and larger projects
  • Contribute to scaling Salesforce as the business grows rapidly
