Program Manager II (Supply Chain) / 100% Remote / (12 Month Contract) / Pacific Standard Time Required

Must Have Skills:
  • Candidates must be located in Pacific Standard Time zone
  • Supply Chain Planning: 5+ years of experience across supply, demand, and inventory planning, ideally within infrastructure or data center environments.
  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Ability to independently pull, analyze, and model data to support planning decisions and build decision-support tools.
  • SQL Proficiency: Skilled in querying and synthesizing large datasets from multiple sources to validate data and drive insights.
  • ERP & Planning Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar systems (SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan), including automation and planning workflows.
  • Program Management & Process Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, improve planning processes, and drive execution across sourcing, operations, and finance teams.

Job Description
  • We're seeking a Program Manager to support our AI Compute and Storage commodity planning team within our Infrastructure Team.
  • The role demands an understanding of supply chain dynamics strong quantitative experience and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • You will play a critical role in developing new tools for our planning team working with internal and external stakeholders to develop new processes and manage the planning for 1 or more commodities.
  • This role presents an opportunity to drive a crucial supply chain initiative in a dynamic environment and significantly impact the performance of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the planning team in creating rack/commodity supply plans validate supply responses from suppliers and communicate supply commits internally.
  • Develop and utilize advanced analytics to understand shortages identify priorities and work with the Sourcing and Operations team to resolve any supply demand gaps.
  • Work cross functionally across our supply chain organization to ensure timely and accurate data set-up in our systems.
  • Utilize Oracle to manage planning processes. Collaborate with our Enterprise Products team and data management teams to continually enhance our automation efforts efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Create weekly/Monthly KPIs and create communication for upper management

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain-related roles or other quantitative roles with understanding of Supply chain.
  • 5 years of analytical / data management
  • Proficient using planning tools and ERP software Oracle SAP o9 Kinaxis Anaplan or custom build
  • Strong cross functional collaboration across our bro
  • Ability to drive partner data input and rapidly validate/verify accuracy across multiple data sources
  • Ability to rapidly synthesize data and communicate risk areas to broader business
  • Create communications across different levels of organization IC to Sr. Mgmt.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's in Supply Chain or Analytics) are a plus but not required.
  • Software engineering or purely technical backgrounds are not a fit - not deep coding or engineering.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
