Likely Senior and above, Mobile-Focused Product Designer Lead the visual and interactive direction of our digital products focused on iOS and Android apps.
Qualifications: Experience with Figma, excellent portfolio of shipped digital products, strong attention to detail, and a passion for travel, innovation, and expressive design.

As a Product Designer, you will:
- Influence the visual design direction of our digital products from concept to launch.
- Define and implement typography, iconography, spacing, photography, color palettes, illustrations, and motion principles.
- Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, copywriters, media creators, and product managers to align the visual strategy with guest needs and product goals.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Design System team to evolve and contribute to a scalable multi[1]brand design language.
- Apply accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and universally usable digital products.
- Design high-fidelity mockups, visual specs, and motion prototypes for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and brand consistency across all UI elements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Degree in Design, Human-Centered Engineering, Anthropology or Fine Art preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience with modern product design tools required: Figma, Rive, Adobe CC or similar
- Experience with basic or robust prototyping tools required: Figma, Principle, Webflow, Framer or similar
- Passionate about expressive, interactive, component-based design
- Experience with gamification for rewarding experiences
- Proven in the digital space with a portfolio including real, shipped digital products from end to end that are well designed in form as well as function, that real people use
- Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions
