Qualifications

To be successful in this role you:

  • Have a Bachelor s Degree in CS or other technical field.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in core product management
  • Have ServiceNow Platform knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Are expected to be highly data-driven with commitment to drive the engagement towards business outcome and value realization
  • Should be hands-on, comfortable diving into complex issues and lead from the front with sleeves rolled up.
  • Are a problem-solver who isn t afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead with vision, ensuring that solutions not only meet immediate needs but are also scalable and adaptable for future use.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions, host webinars and influence exec leadership
  • Have experience defining andcapturingfunctional productrequirementsand use cases.
  • Have ability to serve as a product lead, and coach junior team members.
