Position: Order Management Functional Consultant

Location: Irving Texas (Mon-Thursday office)

Business Process Skills
Extensive Business Process Experience in at least one of these functional areas. Order Management, Supply Chain Management-Prefer workflow knowledge for these, too.
Able to self manage multiple tasks and priorities based upon urgency and impact.
Acts in a global capacity, with intimate knowledge of global objectives and understanding of how all departments interact to achieve company-wide objectives.
Ability to utilize critical thinking to manage complex projects and issues.
Ability to communicate to at all levels of Nucor.
Ability to lead others and provide guidance and knowledge to advance team development.
Ability to lead teams to develop solutions and resolve issues.
Ability to effectively document and track all changes as necessary.
Ability to recognize the impact of an issue and convey urgency as necessary.
Delivers solutions and decisions that have a positive, far-reaching, and comprehensive organizational impact, influencing future events and directions.

Technical Skils
Extensive Experience Implementing and/or Supporting Oracle EBS or an ERP, MES solution.
Demonstrated ability to design solutions across multiple process areas.
Advanced Business and/or Technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, MES, related modules, tools and methods.
Advanced ability to independently resolve complex issues and problems
