Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Job Overview:
In this contingent assignment, you will support high-impact, large-scale business execution initiatives. The role involves consulting on complex projects, evaluating multifaceted challenges, and contributing to strategic planning and solution delivery.
You ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define, design, and implement intelligent automation solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and technology partners to deliver solutions for complex business problems
  • Align Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with broader business and technology strategies
  • Support the development of automation analysis/design methodologies, policies, and tools
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document business processes and convert them into user stories
  • Manage and groom the automation backlog for development and deployment
  • Facilitate automation testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Conduct demos and obtain product acceptance from stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate risks, bottlenecks, and suggest mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with internal SDLC and Information Security standards
  • Apply design thinking and analytical approaches to develop innovative, functional solutions
  • Collaborate with developers and business execution teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Make informed decisions based on business needs, processes, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
    (or equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Preferred/Additional Skills:
  • Deep understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms
  • Experience designing/implementing AI workflows using tools such as:
    • LangChain / LangGraph
    • Google Agent Space
    • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT)
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and enterprise software development
