Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

My client is looking for a Salesforce QA Analyst to join their team and ensure their Salesforce platform's quality and reliability! They value a collaborative and learning-focused culture, maintaining a family-owned atmosphere globally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in functional, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud focus preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
• Salesforce Administrator certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts based on specifications.
• Conduct various tests including functional, regression, integration, and performance.
• Document and track test results and issues, collaborating for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with teams to align on testing objectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Improve testing processes for efficiency.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates and best practices.
• Assist in UAT test script development and execution.
