Position: Business Analyst Healthcare Applications
Location: 100% Remote (EST hours)
Contract Duration: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire
Only W2
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Must have experience working with Data Science and Data Engineering teams, supporting Data Analytics projects
- This is a high-impact role focused on translating stakeholder needs into actionable engineering documentation across AI and cloud-based initiatives.
- Proven experience writing technical requirements and user stories in coordination with architects and engineers
- Experience documenting rules engine logic and understanding its role in application decision-making
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Expertise using Confluence to organize and maintain documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly across distributed engineering teams
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and supporting data infrastructure
- Background in healthcare, clinical systems, or payer applications
- Tools: Jira, Lucid chart, SQL
