Job Details
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office
- Experience with medical insurance plans, referrals, and benefit verification
- Proficiency with Epic system
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent experience in a Patient Service Representative role
- Experience working with vision insurance and in a vision center or optometry/ophthalmology office
