Job Details
Collaborate with business teams to identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities across OT devices and systems.
Analyze and extract data from security tools (ServiceNow, Nozomi Vantage, or other monitoring solutions).
Document, organize, and present vulnerability data to IT and business leaders with clear actions, timelines, and priorities.
Develop and engineer processes related to vulnerability management, applying IT and OT security principles.
Coordinate vulnerability tracking and remediation efforts using project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Create dashboards and data visualizations using PowerBI, Visio, and ServiceNow.
Employ Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies for process improvement and coordination.
Build strong working relationships with SMEs and stakeholders across business and security teams.
Apply foundational cybersecurity and vulnerability management knowledge; certifications are a plus.
Team Environment:
Total team size: 20 members (split across 2 teams).
Education & Experience:
10+ years of experience (combination of OT, IT, and cybersecurity).
Degree not required.
Internships are not accepted as experience.
Required Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience managing vulnerabilities of OT assets.
Strong data analysis skills using ServiceNow, Nozomi Vantage, or similar tools.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with OT devices and vulnerability management.
Proficiency in PowerBI, Visio, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Agile.
Strong organizational, time management, and process engineering skills.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities.
