Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a passion for driving business improvement through technology. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working with development teams to deliver solutions that meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with project management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
