• Experience in Financial Services Industry
• Experience with AWS Cloud architecture, Patterns, backend/frontend development with the frameworks such as Java, Spring, Angular, TypeScript or similar technologies.
• Experience engaging with multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Industry is a plus.

The Experience You Bring to The Team:

• Determine the needs of the customer groups across multiple projects, programs, or products while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
• Design and develop software solutions to meet needs.
• Apply extensive expertise in process-driven approach in designing solutions.
• Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.

Requirements - local to Northern VA Reston area (hybrid):

• Excellent collaboration & communication skills.
• Expertise in architecting, implementing, and operating large scale modern web, microservices and cloud-native distributed systems based on containers and AWS Cloud
• Experience with end-to-end software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery process and tools.
• Experience with leading technical teams implementing Trunk Based Development, Feature Toggles, Blue-Green Deployment, 12 Factors and others.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, using Cloud Formation, Terraform or similar tools.
• Effective collaborations skills to work in cross functional teams across the enterprise.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across Technology, Product Management and Business domains.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, result-driven environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.

Note:

• Position will require the candidate to work from Reston office 1 to 2 times per week.
• This may change as per the program needs.
• Bill rate: $105.00
• Location: Reston, VA only.
• Must go onsite 1 to 2 days a week.

Pay Range: $75/hr on C2C

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
