Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of customer data management and the ability to design, implement, and oversee customer data solutions. As an SAP CDC Architect, you will be responsible for enhancing our customer engagement processes by leveraging the capabilities of SAP Customer Data Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and optimizing data governance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customer data management strategies utilizing SAP Customer Data Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including data flows, integration points, and system interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations while optimizing customer data utilization.
  • Conduct system assessments and performance tuning to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integration and synchronization between SAP CDC and other systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to customer data management and SAP technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions.(Gigya)
  • Strong understanding of customer data architecture, data governance, and privacy regulations.
  • Proven experience with SAP CDC integration and architecture best practices.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced certifications preferred.
  • Building SAP CDC solutions from the scratch - Integrating SAP within existing eco system (component replacement)
  • Should be able to work on the Solution design for the Identity management using SAP CDC.
  • Should be able to contribute in integration of SAP CDC with SAP and Non SAP apps
  • SAP CDC architecture, CDC REST API, interfaces,
  • SSO, Should be able to work on the Solution design for the Identity management using SAP CDC.
  • Knowledge with Hands on experience of the integration scenarios of the SAP CDC with other applications such SAP ecommerce, marketing cloud, web sites, mobile apps,
  • Working knowledge of the API, Web SDK, Java script, screen-sets, federations, SSO, Web hooks, Social Media Integration along with knowledge of OpenID, SAML, and JWT
  • Plan and execute strategy for the migration of existing accounts, subscriptions, and user registration records from existing customer systems into the Gigya platform
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
