Job Details
Job Title: Enterprise Architect Adobe MarTech EcosystemEnterprise Architect to lead strategy, design, and governance across our Adobe Experience Cloud stack. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise in Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Offer Decisioning Engine (ODE) and adjacent MarTech solutions. You'll shape scalable architectures that enable personalized, omnichannel, data-driven experiences for millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategies for Adobe MarTech ecosystem components including AEP, RT-CDP, CJA, AJO, ODE, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
Serve as the SME across marketing, data, and technology teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
Architect end-to-end real-time personalization and customer journey orchestration solutions leveraging AJO + ODE + Target.
Design data pipelines into AEP from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party sources; govern schema, identity resolution, and consent.
Oversee segmentation logic and decisioning strategies using CDP and ODE.
Evaluate integrations with external tools (e.g., CRM, data warehouses, CMS, call centers, mobile, commerce).
Collaborate with Adobe Professional Services, system integrators, and internal engineering teams.
Provide architectural guidance to ensure performance, scalability, data privacy, and compliance.
Govern usage of Adobe tools to ensure efficient licensing and ROI realization.
Stay ahead of Adobe roadmap and ecosystem developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles.
5+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically AEP, CDP, AJO, Target, CJA, ODE.
Strong grasp of data modeling, identity stitching, real-time event streaming, and audience segmentation.
Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration across channels and devices.
Familiarity with XDM schema, Edge Network, web/mobile SDKs, and Adobe Tags/Launch.
Proven experience integrating with platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
Excellent communication skills to influence business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert AEP, Target, Analytics).
Experience in B2C/B2B enterprise marketing operations, especially regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
Knowledge of adjacent MarTech tools (Braze, Tealium, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Agile and DevOps familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for MarTech stacks
