Description

We are looking for a highly skilled DegreeWorks Scribe to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves leveraging your expertise in scribing for DegreeWorks to manage and maintain accurate degree audit systems. Responsibilities:
Translate and encode college graduation and academic requirements using the DegreeWorks Scribe proprietary language.
Create and maintain scribe blocks for over 100 programs, majors, and concentrations to ensure accurate representation of degree requirements.
Perform annual updates to scribe logic to reflect changes in curriculum and academic policies.
Configure and manage student program, major, and concentration codes within institutional systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of scribing logic with institutional goals and compliance standards.
Develop and implement solutions for the migration and cleanup of student data within DegreeWorks systems.
Assist in setting up and scribing for new DegreeWorks implementation projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to degree audits and scribe logic.
Provide documentation and training to staff on scribing processes and updates.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience in scribing for DegreeWorks.
Proven ability to code and maintain scribe blocks for complex academic requirements.
Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems, particularly in higher education.
Proficiency in configuring and managing student program and major codes.
Familiarity with client-side scripting and cloud technologies.
Experience with data migration, cleanup, and system configuration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
