Sr. Technical Program Manager

Client is a small, growing consulting company, with a focus on AI and Data Solutions. They are seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager.

You will be responsible for dening and delivering the product roadmap. You will achieve this by partnering with customers to understand and dene the product vision, collaborating with Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists and all stakeholders to successfully bring the vision to reality in a timely manner. Perhaps most importantly, you have an absolute passion for making user-friendly products, solving problems and getting things done.

On any given day you will:

• Own the stakeholder relationship, lead product technology discovery and drive evolution of a shared vision by clearly dening product features, specications and
• Collaborate with customers, project team members to identify and append feature details and elaborate user stories.
• Collaborate with team members to set priorities based on the product roadmap and implementation challenges
• Collaborate with team members, and other stakeholders to drive successful release
• Work with stakeholders to identify critical dependencies for timely and successful delivery of features.
• Manage day-to-day execution of project
• Monitor schedules, action items, dependencies, and risks
• Report progress status and metrics to management and key stakeholders
• Facilitate solutions to issues that arise during the implementation in order to get features released in a timely manner
• Manage Sprint backlog and support team members in delivery of the solution
• Lead, facilitate, and ensure the Agile process is followed by the team
• Identify and advocate for improved customer experiences
• Actively contribute to our team's culture of having fun together, embracing change, and delivering what's right for our customers.

• 7+ years of experience in a technical program management, product management or software delivery leadership role.
• Proven success managing client accounts and key stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to launch
• Strong technical acumen and ability to lead on architecture, data and software issues
• Outstanding organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development teams
• Proven experience in developing products from ideation to production
• Experience working with and directly managing distributed product development teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to resolve conict and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
• Technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
• Proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develop effective action plans for remediation and resolution
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
• Proven knowledge of and experience with Agile (Scrum & Kanban) methodologies.
• Self-motivation, critical thinking, and adaptability; you balance business needs, a sense of urgency, and shipping high quality and pragmatic solutions
• Prior consulting rm or consulting capacity experience
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, SCM, SAFe or similar professional certications.
• A true passion for technology and direct experience in AI, data science and cloud-based software environments.
• Technical operations and delivery experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
