Pay Range: $70 - $78/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js with Typescript and related technologies.
  • Lead architectural decisions and frontend best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers and backend engineers to create high-quality user interfaces.
  • Implement responsive design to ensure applications are accessible on various devices and screen sizes.
  • Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Mentor Junior developers, participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and front-end technologies to ensure the application remains modern and to introduce tools that will improve team s efficiency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-React with Typescript , Redux, Zustand or other state management libraries
  • Network routes within React.
  • AWS: 1+ years.
  • 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of React ecosystem: hooks, context, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
  • Experience with frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.
  • Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Passion for clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Working understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and principles.
  • Familiar with AWS Services like API Gateway, Route 53, Lambda etc.
  • Experience working with Atlassian Confluence and Jira a plus.
