Job Details

Role name: Developer
Role Description: Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment including microphones, projectors, video conferencing systems, speakers, and smart boards. Support live meetings, webinars, and events with AV setup and real-time troubleshooting. Provide technical support to end users for AV-related issues in conference rooms and training sessions. Manage AV room scheduling and ensure all equipment is ready and functioning prior to events. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AV hardware/software, connectivity, and system integration. Maintain inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams to upgrade or install AV systems. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Qualifications: Proven experience as an AV Technician or in a similar technical support role. Familiarity with AV equipment (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Poly, Shure Neat). Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx). Basic understanding of networking and IP-based AV systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings for events.
