Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Enterprise Business Development Strategist to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of business development activities to include a focus on staffing, pricing and capture strategy for our large Enterprise GWACs, IDIQs and Task Orders.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Establish and maintain client contacts. Strengthen current business ties;
    coordinate meetings between clients/potential clients, technical or other key individuals.
  • Keeps abreast of overall business trends, particularly the current business
    climate within assignment sector.
  • Conducts surveys to determine promising areas of development and follows up in a timely manner on all possible leads.
  • Assists in developing proposals for services in response to invitations to bid, and provides guidance to proposal team and is familiar with past contract terms and provisions and able to assist in adapting them for new work as appropriate.
  • Makes pricing recommendations based on experience and an understanding of the policies and goals of the company.
  • Maintains comprehensive files of past successful proposal activity for
    research when new possibilities arise; may augment materials with data gathered from subsidiaries as applicable.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Business (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 12+ years of diversified experience, primarily within the business development realm of a large multi-national company
  • Minimum of 5+ years of federal contract experience as it relates to business development
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with price analysis, FAR
  • Expert knowledge in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI and SQL

Salary Range:
$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
