RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager III.
Responsibilities:
* As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will serve as a partner for the Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team owning the implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns through strong technical use of Marketo
* Understanding business and technical goals and support requests coming from the Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team
* Drive desired outcomes through efficient campaign implementation
* Complete requests with high accuracy and meet deadlines
* Adhere to and champion data governance guidelines and campaign best practices
* Providing post-launch support, including monitoring campaign performance and delivering final documentation
* The Marketing Operations Manager will evaluate, implement and maintain new technologies including add-on apps to improve campaign optimization
* Be open to learning new marketing automation tools
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in building complex customer lifecycle automations in Marketo
* A high level of technical and analytical competence
* Examples of leading significant projects where you have demonstrated impressive results in campaign orchestration, campaign optimization, personalization, better targeting, data standardization, and/or process standardization
* Hands-on experience with Custom Objects, dynamic and shared content through email scripting (Velocity Script) is required in Marketo
* Natural problem-solving skills, with a high level of intellectual curiosity and focus
* Deep understanding of how campaign components interconnect with each other
* Ability to find the root cause of a problem and troubleshoot quickly
* Ability to work on multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver with high level of accuracy
* Ability to articulate and educate team members on campaign best practices and advanced -know-how's- in marketing automation
* Experience in process optimization
* Deep understanding of campaign engagement data to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of current implementation workflows and processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
