Pay and Benefits:
Business Analysis role is to elaborate details (e.g., acceptance criteria) in backlog items, ensure all Jira board items are completed by detailed deadlines and work with the Scrum Master to maintain and groom the Jira board & associated backlog. The Business Analyst bridges between technology and business collaborators because they have both a deep understanding of user needs and system functionality.

Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering transforms the way we deliver infrastructure to our business clients. A key construct of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with the Engineering organization, the Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, the DevSecOps organization as well as our operational support teams to ensure that this organization provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Translates user and business needs into product backlog items (shared responsibility with Product Owner (PO)) to achieve \"definition of ready\"
- Collaborates with PO and squad on backlog item refinement to foster an exchanged views of what the product is supposed to do
- Work closely with Business and AD teams to use IT resources to help achieve all project deadlines
- Partner with PO and collaborators to incorporate feedback into the backlog
- Required participant in all daily and ongoing squad calls
- When applicable, documents for collaborators and/or provide information for others to document (e.g. training materials, message specs, technical/functional design, etc.)
- Work with engineers & peers to communicate status, bring up roadblocks and work with support teams to perform as needed to solve
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Talents Needed For Success:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with diverse technologies and platforms
- Familiarity with Agile techniques and tools - Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.
- Experience navigating ServiceNow, Power BI & JIRA
- Builds collaborative teams across the organization.
- Communicates openly keeping everyone across the organization informed.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on most urgent tasks & work in a fast-paced IT environment
- ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI & JIRA - experience and familiarity in multiple settings
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Knowledge of system functionality to be able to engage in discussion with the squad
- A flexible, and proactive approach to track down resources to gather appropriate information
- Innovative (to leverage variability)
- Comfortable working closely with team management to review approaches and requirements that solve the business problem
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
