Responsibilities
Develop detailed wireless network designs for different environments using Cisco Meraki and other relevant RF technologies.

Conduct RF site surveys to determine optimal placement of access points and other network devices.

Create and manage network diagrams and documentation to support design and implementation phases.
,
Work closely with clients to understand their specific network requirements and provide tailored solutions.
,
Offer technical support and training to clients and internal staff as needed.
,
Develop and deliver presentations and reports on network performance and improvements.
,
Perform RF site surveys to assess and analyze signal strength, coverage, and interference in various environments.
,
Identify and mitigate sources of RF interference and attenuation to optimize network performance.
,
Provide recommendations and solutions to improve wireless coverage and connectivity based on survey results.
,
Oversee the installation and configuration of wireless network hardware, including Meraki access points, controllers, and switches.
,
Ensure that installations adhere to design specifications and best practices.
,
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve installation issues and ensure successful deployment.
,
Monitor and manage the performance of wireless networks to ensure optimal operation.
,
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, performance degradation, and hardware malfunctions.

Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones. Requirements
Experience with wireless network design and implementation, particularly with Cisco Meraki.

Strong understanding of RF technologies and site survey methodologies.

Proven ability to conduct RF site surveys and analyze network performance.

Excellent client interaction skills and ability to provide tailored solutions.

Technical support and training experience for clients and internal staff.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Competitive compensation ranging from $80k to $130k.
