About the Role

This role focuses on providing technical assistance across Mac and Windows environments, troubleshooting software and hardware, and supporting enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user support for Mac and Windows systems via calls, emails, and in-person assistance.
- Provide break/fix solutions for software and hardware, including image builds and system updates.
- Manage incidents, update and close tickets in the ITSM platform.
- Perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) operations and resolve OS configuration issues.
- Reinstall software, drivers, and add-ins as needed.
- Administer Active Directory (AD), creating groups and assigning applications.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to push updates and automate tasks efficiently.
- Act as a primary administrator for Microsoft Office 365 (O365).
- Assist with various IT-related technical tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years in a helpdesk role with customer-facing experience, delivering white-glove service.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and system updates.
- Advanced knowledge of Mac and Windows environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) & Office 365 (O365).
- Familiarity with OKTA and AWS.
- Computer configuration and repair expertise.
- 3+ years managing incidents within an IT ticketing system.
