Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant specializing in the Accounts Payable (AP) module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, with hands-on experience in AP configurations, implementations, and support. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Oracle AP module, including setups for invoice processing, payment processing, and supplier management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity and compliance with business requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and training on AP functionalities and best practices.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle EBS Financials, specifically the AP module.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle implementations and support of Oracle AP functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Oracle Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
  • Oracle Financials certification (e.g., Oracle EBS Financials Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with clients like Hanger Clinic.
