Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technology initiatives supporting service desk and call center operations.
* The individual will manage both agile and traditional project delivery methods, working across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to facilitate planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives.
* Responsibilities include leading Agile ceremonies, managing project plans and reporting, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining high-quality project outcomes.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor s degree
* Over 5 years of experience in project management using both Agile and traditional methodologies
* Strong command of project delivery using frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
* Demonstrated success in managing software, infrastructure, and transformation projects
* Proficient in project tracking platforms (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana)
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Skills:
* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
* Knowledge of compliance standards and project quality management
* Exposure to metrics-driven project reporting (e.g., KPIs, OKRs)
Compensation:
Pay Range: $53.90-$77.00 Per Hr
