We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead company-critical initiatives in our Privacy Infrastructure domain. This TPM will share our passion and in-depth understanding of engineering solutions that enable world-class privacy for RL while improving user trust on our products. This TPM will partner closely with our Engineering and Product Management teams to develop and follow through on multi-year Privacy roadmaps and help define what comes next.

Collaboratively define the vision for building Meta-scale, state-of-the-art, global platforms.
Develop and manage end-to-end program plans to ensure on-time delivery, provide day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for tasks.
Move fast in a flat organization by partnering with Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, and XFNs across Meta to establish a shared vision for improving execution and building solutions.
Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.
Establish shared goals with product teams across the company to build alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and to build and scale products for Meta.
