Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Strongsville, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Duration: Through 12/31/2025 (Extension likely; Contract-to-Hire potential)
Employment Type: W2 Only
About the Team:
This role supports Shared Services Technology (SST), which enables key internal business units including HR, Legal, Internal Audit, Enterprise Change Office, and Corporate Responsibility. The environment is fast-paced, highly regulated, and team-oriented, with a group of 12 professionals working on strategic enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Begin with structured onboarding and training before being assigned to projects using internal project delivery methodologies.

Keep project management tools (e.g., Clarizen) updated with project risks, issues, deliverables, and financials.

Prepare and present weekly status reports for large-scale initiatives.

Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.

Manage complex projects with budgets of $2M or more.

Develop, manage, and adjust detailed project plans throughout the lifecycle.

Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Oversee risk, issue, and change management processes.
Must-Have Qualifications (3–5 Years):

Technology project management experience in a large, matrixed organization

Financial oversight skills, including forecasting, budget tracking, and cost management for large-dollar initiatives

Agile methodology experience, including working within Agile teams or SAFe environments

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with executive stakeholders

Solid understanding of SDLC and the ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle

Strong capabilities in risk/issue management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Preferred / Nice to Have:

Experience with Clarizen or similar project management tools

Familiarity with JIRA

Certifications: PMP, Agile, or SAFe

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

PMP or SAFe certifications are a plus
