Data + AI Partnership Leader(Manager, Director or VP level)

Job Summary:

  • The Data + AI Partnership Leader will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Data + AI partnerships program, focusing on identifying, building, and nurturing strategic alliances that drive growth. This includes developing partnerships with key data and AI technology platform companies (Databricks, OpenAI and Prophecy), integration partners, and resellers. The Data + AI Partnership Leader will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, Data and AI practices, and leadership teams to ensure that partnerships align with company objectives and deliver significant value to the business while directly reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. Role is based in the United States with remote / hybrid working basis and travel throughout the US on a regular, bi-weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Analytics, Business or Marketing, or a related field & MBA preferred.

  • 5 - 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or a related leadership role within a data and AI platform company. Preference for experience as a sales, forward deployed engineer or solution architect role at Databricks, Palantir or OpenAI.

  • Proven track record of data and AI business development along with developing and managing successful strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and business expansion.

  • Strong understanding of data and AI platform ecosystems, technology partnerships, and channel programs, with a demonstrated ability to generate proactive deals around client data and AI use cases.

  • Excellent leadership and proactive business development skills, with experience building and leading high-performing business development and/or partnership teams.

  • Demonstrate insane curiosity to learn, experiment and apply evolving data and AI technologies and platforms.

  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with partner program development, go-to-market strategy, and joint sales/marketing efforts.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize partnership performance using KPIs and metrics.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, practice, and executive teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations and industry events on a regular, bi-weekly basis throughout the U.S.
