Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
  • Participate in gathering detailed requirements, both functional and non-functional, for analytics, reporting and data feeds.
  • Leverage knowledge/experience of personal and commercial line insurance products, typical insurance company functions and data solutions to support activities in an insurance business.
  • Based on prior experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite [Policy Center (PC) and Data Hub (DH) and Info Center (IC), provide solution options to meet the requirements efficiently for reporting and data consumption needs.
  • Discuss and advise client on data integration approaches/options and facilitate choice of an approach to follow.
  • Perform analysis/profiling of data in the legacy systems using SQL to understand data model, data relationships and support the creation of consolidated databases.
  • Ensure accuXX translation of all requirements to technical design specifications.
  • For data feeds and data layers in the Cloud, map required data elements to GW Raw tables that include information spread across prebuilt 1000+ tables.
  • Identify gaps and develop specifications to fill these gaps.
  • Ensure that data consumption requirements are mapped to ODS Capabilities, gaps identified and specifications developed to build the data model.
  • Support testing activities by guiding technical BA team to develop test scenarios and test the data flowing into ODS data layers.
  • Work with the technical team and provide inputs to analyze the defects, and help resolved in a timely manner
