Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Core HR, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)/Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

  • Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Fusion Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting (ORC) modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules according to best practices and business needs.
  • Support full lifecycle implementation projects including Fit/Gap analysis, design, build, test, training, and deployment.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with minimum 8+ years in Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes such as employee lifecycle management, job/position management, grade/grade ladder, security profiles, etc.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in HR, recruitment, and talent management domains.
