Job Details
Job Title: Workday Tester
Work Location Atlanta, GA/ Onsite
Hire Type: 6+ Month Contract (Extendable)
Design and execute Test plans for Workday HR modules.
Responsibilities:
" Manual Testing:
o Design and execute detailed test plans to validate software functionality.
o Identify and document software defects, providing thorough information for developers.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
o workday HR modules experience along with Testing
" Automated Testing:
o Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java/C#.
o Implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
" Test Planning and Strategy:
o Contribute to test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.
o Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of features during the design and implementation phases.
" Defect Tracking:
o Track, prioritize, and manage software defects to resolution.
o Work closely with developers to facilitate timely bug fixes.
