Description:
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this role will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application. SCW Analysts will provide a list of parts and warehouse locations to go to to review the parts. Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
Specific Position Requirements:
Top Must Haves:
Basic Excel, computer knowledge
Decision making skills
Ability to look at data sets
Able to drive Cushman (small, battery operated vehicle - similar to a small golf-cart)
Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment
Preferred (but not required):
Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, and/or supply chain
Manager open to entry level candidates
Major Purpose:
Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability and shipments.
Major Duties:
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.
Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies.
