; Job Summary: Join our clients transformative data journey as a Data Architect, driving the creation of a robust and scalable Customer 360 framework. This position will lead the integration of customer master data with CRM and ERP systems, guiding the architecture, modeling, and visualization necessary to deliver business insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate use cases into technical requirements, and provide leadership in data modeling, integration, and reporting.

; Job Responsibilities: Translate business use cases (e.g., AR by Customer Hierarchy) into actionable datasets from CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP/Oracle) systems.Provide guidance on data modeling to connect transactional datasets with Customer Master Golden Records (C360 MDM).Identify and recommend enhancements to IDMC C360 MDM to support integration goals.Optimize data models for reporting dashboards and AI-based agents.Support reporting teams in designing user-friendly visualizations (Customer hierarchy, Contracts, AR, Compliance, etc.).Conduct demos and workshops to refine requirements and finalize wireframes and visualizations with stakeholders.
; Required Skills: Strong understanding of Customer Master concepts, architecture, and data modeling.Experience with cloud-native SaaS architecture integrating CRM, ERP, and MDM systems.Proficient with Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) modules and tools.Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).Skilled in building conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data lakes and warehouses.Deep knowledge of data lifecycle management, data integration, data governance, and ensuring semantic consistency.Excellent communication skills, including leading workshops, stakeholder demos, and technical sessions.
