The Learning Program Manager is an innovative, collaborative team member on the Global Technology & Operations (GTO) Learning Team. The ideal candidate is agile and intellectually curious, able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities while effectively navigating ambiguity and driving business outcomes with a learner centric mindset. The individual must be passionate about learning and enhancing learner engagement. Additionally, the ability to build outstanding and constructive working relationships with team members and foster an inclusive environment will be critical.
This engagement will support our technical learning programs, as well as assist on team-specific projects that help drive engagement and adoption of our learning strategy. This role will project manage multiple learning initiatives and programs partnering with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs). The Learning Program Manager is responsible for program and project management, organization, promotion, and implementation of effective programmatic initiatives. This consultant has both analytical know-how and insight into human behavior. Day to Day responsibilities include: Experience and Qualifications: * 5 years of professional work experience or bachelor's degree in human resources administration, learning, business administration, Information Technology, instructional design, or a field related to the position.
* Determines project tasks and milestones in collaboration with the Director, Technical Learning and external vendors.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning designers to help manage delivery of learning solutions.
* Manages Certification program logistics, criteria, and reporting.
* Reviews training program evaluations to determine program effectiveness and coordinate with leadership to derive insights and trends.
* Project management of high-profile technical learning programs in partnership with technical vendors and internal business partners and SMEs.
* Manages collection of metrics and analytics.
* Creation of PPTs to be used to portray activation planning and project updates.
* Periodically presents status to key stakeholders and leaders.
* This job involves supporting both short- and long-term programs.
* Partners with enterprise learning partners on LMS platform administration to ensure execution of platform administration duties and accountabilities.
* Ensure seamless roll-out(s) of learning platforms and programs within teams and/or across Global Technology organization.
* Manage and develop learning engagement strategies to drive interest and participation in learning programs across Global Technology, partnering with team to maintain or exceed participation / attendance rates.
* MUST have demonstrated experience serving as a learning program manager on large scale technical program, or training deployment, working with external vendors.
* Project or Event Management Certification a plus.
* Familiar with instructional or learning technology.
* Experience working with multiple external vendors and tools.
* Ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results within set deadlines.
* Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to review and analyze learning data and derive insights.
* Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: can articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively in a self-directed manner.
* Expert level PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project plans, and adapt to shift direction frequently.
