Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Core Network Services Engineer with 10+ years of experience in radio network design, optimization, and implementation, particularly in 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in large-scale deployments, proficiency in network planning tools like Atoll and Planet EV, and a deep understanding of Layer 3 signaling, Monte Carlo analysis, ACP, and KPIs. Hands-on experience with Ericsson ENM, TEMS, Actix, R&S, and drive test data analysis is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, optimize, and tune multi-technology wireless networks (5G, LTE, mmWave, IoT, CBRS).
- Utilize planning tools and modeling (Atoll, Planet EV, ACP, Monte Carlo).
- Conduct network performance analysis and troubleshoot using Layer 3 analysis.
- Recommend improvements in network design, parameter changes, and feature activation.
- Interface with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading 5+ major projects.
- Flexibility for travel within the U.S.
- Strong communication and independent project handling skills.
