Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Deskside support / PC Lifecycle What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have?
  • Dependability: both to get work done independently, and for attendance for availability to work scheduled hours. Trusted to work proactively is a key attribute given limited site IT Leadership.
  • Soft Skills is a must for this role. Candidate must have the ability to work with strong personalities. Managing stress while being able to deescalate tense users is a key attribute.
  • What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) M-F 8-5. OT by approval only and minimal. No afterhours work.
  • Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? No
  • How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2 or more is preferred. Less if education history is also IT related.
  • Do they need any specific certifications or education? No certifications / HS diploma or equivalent
  • If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? 22.00 p/hr How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Only driving will be to the site.
  • What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Preferred within a 30-minute commute.
